HISTORY

Muswellbrook Band 1892 |
Muswellbrook Shire Concert Band grew out of the
ashes of the Muswellbrook Brass Band.
The Band was established in 1965 under the baton
of Ron Bailey, one of only six accredited Bandmasters in NSW.
It was established as a Concert Band, being the
first non-military Concert Band in NSW.
The Band is holding a celebration on 28-29th
October 2006 to mark 40 years of banding. |
