bodied dry reds and a delightful Rosé.
Callatoota moved the short distance from Wybong to Denman in 2007
The established grape varieties growing on the Denman vineyard
are identical to those at Wybong enabling the tradition of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and
Shiraz wines to continue
In 2006 the white wines - Verdelho and Chardonnay were added to the
wine list
